The 2014 program is brought to you by the Trust & Estate Division of the ABA Section of Real Property, Trust & Estate Law and is co-sponsored by the ABA Standing Committee on Paralegals.

Attendees will receive a certificate of course completion at the conclusion of each session. Those attending all ten sessions will receive an additional certificate of series completion. Neither certificate bears state licensing approval, however attendees may choose to self-report their participation depending on their relevant jurisdiction(s). Attendees are encouraged to contact individual state licensing agencies directly with questions.

*DISCLAIMER: Each 2014 Paralegal eLearning Program series registrant who is a non-lawyer and who has not been a member of the ABA within the past two years will receive a complimentary membership as an Associate of both the American Bar Association and the Section of Real Property, Trust & Estate Law. Any registrant with an Associate membership in the ABA but who has not been an Associate member of the RPTE Section within the past two years will receive a complimentary Associate membership in the RPTE Section. Enrollment will be automatic upon series registration. These memberships will be valid for the 2013-2014 bar year, which ends on August 31, 2014. They will renew automatically and you will be invoiced for the 2014-2015 bar year at the regular rate.
